About Me
My name is Christina Haslegrave
But you can call me Chrissie. I am a mum of two, fully accredited and insured CBT therapist (MBABCP). I have over 10 years’ experience of helping people navigate anxiety, trauma, low mood, self-esteem and more. I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in High-Intensity CBT from the University of East Anglia, and previously gained degrees in both Psychology and Neuroscience.

I’ve worked in several NHS settings, including both inpatient wards and within the community, and I now offer online CBT therapy across the UK. My approach is down-to-earth, compassionate, and non-judgemental. ​

Free Consultation
I offer a 15 minute free call to ensure you can ask any questions, discuss whether CBT may be right for you, and to gauge whether we could be a good fit. There is no pressure to commit to anything.

CBT Assessment
A CBT assessment is the first step to engaging in therapy. This session involves an in depth discussion about your current difficulties and goals for therapy. I will provide you with information around your difficulties, and give you options for next steps, including signposting to other services if more appropriate.

1:1 CBT Sessions
I offer individual CBT sessions for adults. We will explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours with the aim to work as a team to find practical ways to move forward. Online sessions allow you to join from the comfort of your own space, and ensure you can fit therapy around your personal schedule without the hassle of travel. All sessions are confidential, and my priority is to ensure you feel our sessions are a safe space to share whatever you need to.
